1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Elevate mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features (like saving leads or syncing data), you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Pricing: Elevate offers various subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly). Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Refunds: Services are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the App Settings. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You specifically agree not to:

• Use the OCR scanner to process illegal documents, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Application.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or collect data from the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group via the communication tools provided in the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jovial Digital Services and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elevate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
