Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Here is how cancellations work for our services:
- Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your Elevate HQ monthly or annual subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, ensuring you retain access for the period you've already paid for.
- Immediate Cancellation: If you wish to cancel immediately after purchase due to an accidental transaction or error, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
Refunds for Digital Services
We stand behind our product quality. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download/access, we generally offer refunds based on the following policy:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For new digital SaaS subscriptions (Elevate HQ/Elevate Go), if you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- Usage Condition: Refunds are valid only if no significant usage of data (e.g., bulk lead exports, excessive scanning, or API consumption) has occurred during the 7-day period.
- Processing Time: Once a refund request is received and approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment source (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 working days.
