1. Service Delivery (Plan Activation)
Since our products are digital (Software as a Service), "Shipping & Delivery" refers to the electronic activation of your user account and purchased plan features.
- Instant Access: Upon successful payment confirmation, your purchased plan for the Elevate HQ dashboard and Elevate Go mobile app is activated immediately. You will receive instant access to premium features and lead data.
- Confirmation Email: An automated confirmation email containing your order details, invoice, and activation status will be sent to your registered email address within 5-10 minutes of payment.
2. Timelines for Activation
- Standard processing: Immediate (0-15 minutes).
- Manual Review: In rare cases where a transaction is flagged for security review by our payment partner, account activation may take up to 24-48 hours. Our support team will contact you if this occurs.
3. No Physical Shipping
Please note that no physical goods (such as CDs, manuals, or hardware) are shipped to your billing address. All services are delivered online via the Elevate HQ web platform and Elevate Go mobile application.
