Our AI-powered OCR engine boasts a 99% accuracy rate. It automatically detects text, phone numbers, and emails. However, extreme low-light conditions or heavily damaged cards can affect results. We recommend scanning in a well-lit area for the best precision.

It's simple! Go to your Web Dashboard, select the leads you wish to export (or select all via the top checkbox), and click the "Export CSV" button in the top right corner. The file will download immediately to your device.

Absolutely. We use Razorpay to process all payments. We never store your credit card or banking details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with bank-grade security (PCI DSS Level 1).

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account directly from the Settings menu within the mobile app. Alternatively, you can contact us via the form below or email support@elevateapp.com to request immediate data deletion.
